Full-Day Nuuksio National Park Tour From Helsinki

Mikko was amazing! This adventure to Nuuksio National Park with him was the highlight of my trip. He tailors the whole adventure to YOU. He truly cares about his customer and he treats you like a friend the whole time. He is your Finnish Friend for the entirety. It all started when he had open communication before the adventure started. He answered emails in a timely manner when I was inquiring about the trip. He picked me up the day of at 8a and the first thing he did was ask me how I was feeling and how far I thought I wanted to go. I filled him in on my fitness level and we chatted about distances. He is extremely easy to converse with and is a wealth of knowledge on a lot of topics. There was never awkward silence. We ended up going just shy of 12 miles and I was dropped back off at my hotel around 8:30p. Oh, I forgot to mention his attention to detail with snacks, lunch, and everything in between. He leaves nothing unplanned. We foraged as we hiked so I got to try lots of berries and we cooked some mushrooms for lunch. I would highly recommend Mikko. I truly hope our paths cross again. He is a good guy and truly cares. Book Mikko and I promise you won’t regret it and it will quickly become a highlight of your trip like it did mine!

Mikko was a fantastic guide, sharing his love for the Finnish forest and his deep knowledge of the plant and animal life. The campfire experience made the day really special. I never thought I would be able to build an outdoor campfire from scratch.
