we booked a trip with Mikko to go out in the snow for a hike and was literally one of the most enjoyable things we have ever done. we hiked over frozen lakes & part of the forest. If was magical. Everythibg was perfect from the pick up in Helsinki to all the equipment. Lunch was great and i even learnt how to use an axe. Thanks again Mikko would definitely do again!!

In addition to the beautiful, peaceful nature, sawing and chopping wood for our own fire was a highlight. Mikko explained a lot about reading animal tracks and told us funny and interesting stories about Finland: very personable and eloquent. We had a great day and felt we were in good hands.
