I had the best experience with Mikko during a full day hike in Nuuksio Park in March 2025. Mikko picked us up early in the morning at our hotels with a bus full equipment for the hike. We made various walks on frozen lakes, alternating with hikes off the beaten track in the surrounding forest. The views were amazing and exceeded my expectations. After having fun chopping wood we had a delicious vegetarian/non meat lunch by a campfire. During the day Mikko shared his knowledge about nature, animals and Finnish lifestyle/culture. After the trip, Mikko dropped us off at our preferred location in the city center of Helsinki. Great service and highly recommended!

Best hiking experience in Finland We did a hike with Finnish Friend and this was perfect. Miko is very nice and have a deep knowledge of Finnish nature and culture. He explained very interesting things to us. He also taught to us how to prepare the wood to make a camp fire. We hikked in an alternative trail, surrounded by a fantastic nature. Everything was special and prepared to make our experience memorable. We strongly recommend the hiking with him.
